Cancellation Policy
Bridges Beauté
24-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Bridges Beauté, your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To respect my time and accommodate other clients, I kindly require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling.
• 24+ hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be applied to next nail appointment.
• No-show/No-call-notice: A 100% no-show fee of the scheduled service will apply to your next nail appointment.
• The 50% fee or 100% fee must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment for future appointments or will be blocked for future appointments.
Late Arrival: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a late cancellation/no-show and will be charged the full service price. Depending on the remaining appointment time, your service may be shortened or your appointment may be refused. If the full late-arrival fee is not paid, you will not be permitted to book future appointments with Bridges Beauté.
